Crispy Chicken Wings 



Ingredients 

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Spices:
    • Hot red pepper
    • Paprika
    • Chili powder (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl and season them with cornstarch, salt, black pepper, red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and the remaining spices. Mix well to ensure all the wings are fully coated with the seasoning.
  2. Heat the frying oil well and carefully place the chicken wings into the hot oil. Stir occasionally.
  3. Fry the wings until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  4. Drain the crispy wings well from excess oil and serve them on a plate with your favorite dipping sauce.
