Elegant Orange Dessert
Ingredients:
- ½ liter of fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch or pastry cream powder
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, mix the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch well while cold until fully dissolved.
- Place over medium heat, stirring continuously until it boils and thickens.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate until fully chilled.
Cream Topping:
- In a bowl, whip 1 cup of very cold lemon juice with 1 pack of Chantilly powder until light and fluffy.
Serving:
- Garnish the dessert with the whipped cream.
- Add an orange slice on top for an elegant touch.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
