Elegant Orange Dessert 



Ingredients:

  • ½ liter of fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch or pastry cream powder

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch well while cold until fully dissolved.
  2. Place over medium heat, stirring continuously until it boils and thickens.
  3. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate until fully chilled.

Cream Topping:

  1. In a bowl, whip 1 cup of very cold lemon juice with 1 pack of Chantilly powder until light and fluffy.

Serving:

  • Garnish the dessert with the whipped cream.
  • Add an orange slice on top for an elegant touch.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
