Koshari
Ingredients

1 cup rice

1 cup lentils

1 cup pasta (such as penne or fusilli)

1/2 cup olive oil

1 chopped onion

2 minced garlic cloves

1 teaspoon mixed spices (such as cumin, coriander, and cloves)

1/4 cup tomato sauce
Instructions

Wash the rice, lentils, and pasta thoroughly.

Boil the rice, lentils, and pasta in hot water until cooked.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
