No-Bake Coconut Dessert



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups finely shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Chantilly powder
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Mix the Ingredients:
    Combine the shredded coconut with the Chantilly powder. Gradually add the cream cheese while whisking until a firm mixture forms.

  2. Shape the Balls:
    Form small balls from the mixture and place them in the freezer to firm up.

  3. Coat with Chocolate:
    Melt the dark chocolate, then dip each coconut ball into it. Sprinkle with extra coconut for decoration.

  4. Set and Serve:
    Let the coated balls set, then store them in the fridge until serving.
